This song was written during the Beatles reunion recording sessions in 1994/95 and the second McCartney/Harrison composition since 1958 "In Spite Of All Danger" (So, this one is not a John's demo). However, the recording session on this song became disaster and George objected the idea to release it on Anthology 3 or as the third comeback single.

After the session on this song, the three Beatles shelved ideas on more Beatles reunion sessions.
